The Products
The Silhouette Solution™ program comprises individual products known as "Silhouette Staples," in a variety of styles and flavors. They are carefully calibrated for weight loss, as they’re high in protein, low in net carbs and moderate in fats. Each contains just 80-130 calories, yet they provide the body the properly balanced nutrition it needs, every two to three hours.

The program begins with a 2-month plan containing 80% of the food you will need for your first eight weeks of weight-loss. After that, you can order as much or as little as you need on an a la carte basis until you reach your weight management goal.
